Based in Calgary, BBF has previously focused on acquiring and developing low-cost industrial mineral properties that have potential to produce stable positive cash flow. The Company owns a silver, lead, zinc, gold deposit in the Yukon. BBF also owns an open-pit deposit (Frenier perlite property) containing high-grade perlite located approximately 60 kilometers north-west of Clinton, British Columbia. The perlite property was previously in production for three years and has a well defined proven resource. BBF is currently shipping raw and processed perlite to several potential customers for testing. BBF plans to complete the current marketing program and to conduct a production feasibility study on the Frenier property. With the closing of this transaction, BBF plans to exit the resource development business and dispose of its properties as satisfactory value can be realized."
